2. Description of Service

ShiftMind is an AI-guided wellness coaching tool that provides self-guided Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) exercises for individuals managing OCD symptoms. The Service is designed as a supplementary wellness tool and is available for a monthly subscription fee.

3. Not a Substitute for Professional Treatment

ShiftMind is not therapy and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. The Service is a wellness coaching tool and should not be used as a replacement for professional mental health care. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider for medical advice and treatment decisions.

4. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use ShiftMind. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

5. Account and Subscription

• The Service is offered at $39 per month on a recurring subscription basis.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

6. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate information when creating your account.
• Use the Service only for its intended purpose.
• Not attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or redistribute the Service.
• Not use the Service in any way that could harm yourself or others.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of ShiftMind — including text, graphics, software, and AI-generated coaching content — are owned by ShiftMind and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ShiftMind and its creators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

9. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
